By placing an order with Colombo Cosmetics, you agree to provide accurate delivery information and pay the confirmed total for your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment details, product availability, or address information is invalid or incomplete.

Products are sold subject to availability. We make every effort to keep stock information accurate but inventory may change before dispatch.

Orders are processed in Sri Lanka and subject to our delivery schedule. Estimated delivery windows are indicative and may vary due to weather, courier conditions, or local delivery constraints.

For cash on delivery (COD) orders, an order is confirmed when our team receives and validates the order details. Customers may cancel pending COD orders via their account dashboard prior to dispatch. For card payments, confirmation and payment capture occur immediately upon checkout; card orders are final and cannot be cancelled online by self-service. Any inquiries, changes, or refund requests for card orders must be handled through our customer support team.
